Hi Everyone! Sherri Caramico, Educator and Design Team Member here at THE DOO, back again to take my turn "at bat" and spread a little SCRAPPY GOODNESS your way!
Well, I told you there would be BIG "DOO-INS" at The DOO this year - and here is ONE of them!
Scrap-a-Doodle Doo created a VIDEO!! - which was entered in a CONTEST from We R Memory Keepers at the end of 2011.
Long story short - we are not too sure what happened with the contest -and who/if there was a winner BUT WE CAN'T WAIT ANY LONGER - and want to share the video with all of you!!
We hope it will inspire you to try something new!!
The "assignment" for the contest was to create a video demonstrating a product or tool from We R Memory Keepers.
We chose The Crop-a-Dile 2 also know as the "Big Bite," and products from their Autumn Splendor line.
We decided to create a layout, showing and teaching you a really COOL Lacing technique.
Stephanie, Anna and I are the "STARS!" ( LOL!!) and we would like to THANK our Producer, Cameraman, and Editor, Nick Caramico without whom this video would not have been possible. ( THANKS NICK!!! ~ yes, he is my son!)
ALSO - we need to give a BIG THANK YOU SHOUT OUT to our Scrappy Friend - Natasha, who is a FAN and a customer of THE DOO's who so generously shared this technique with us on her BLOG Tutorials - some of her Beautiful Layouts are also featured at the end of the video too!
So - please click on the PLAY button below - (No need to get out the popcorn - it is short and sweet!) see how much FUN we had!
We hope you like it!
Here is the LINK to Scrap-a-Doodle Doo's YOU TUBE Site - where we hope to post more videos there very soon!
Thanks for stopping by - PLEASE feel free to leave a little "Bloggy Love" ( comment!) and tell us what you think of

Congrats on your first video! Well done! I love this look. Thanks for the tip about wetting the paper first with a Q-tip!
