Hope that you are enjoying today! Just a quick note, as LOTS of new flowers have arrived, as well as OODLES of Dusty Attic! Stop by the shop to grab yours.

THE ART OF "FUSSY CUTTING" ...

So many of you have asked how to do this technique to achieve the look and now you can be an expert too!  Here are some hints ...

1.  Pick a designer paper with a design or element that you really want to hignlight or "pop" for effect.

2.  Grab a small pair of really sharp scissors and attack ... LOL! I always have my Martha Stewart Craft Knife handy as well.

3.  Always try to turn the paper as you cut (that should help avoid the paper from tearing).

Lastly, if you want to clean up the edges, feel free to use some ink or chalk to help camoflauge any errors or rough edges. A little practice and you are good to go. That is really all there is ... Enjoy playing!
