Starburst Layout Class on May 30th

1 Page "STARBURST" Layout

Ever wonder how to create a Starburst background with designer papers?  Use Distress Stains and feathers ?  Join me to create a 1-Page Layout  featuring the HOT NEW My Mind's Eye Notable/Collectable by Jen Allyson Collection.  Layout includes LOTS of layers, Sunburst background technique, Circle flower technique, pocket template, Washi Tape, and how to Ink/Edge with Distress Stain.

Cost $25 per person - and MOST items will be pre-cut for you too!


This class was a HIT at the last Scrap-a-Doodle Doo Weekend Crop -so we are bringing it back to THE DOO, so those that missed it can have a chance to learn these fun techniques that you can use again and again on future layouts too!



Call to reserve your cropping seat as space is limited. You may register by stopping by the store or calling us during business hours at (201) 818-7060 to reserve your space.
Terms and Conditions: Payment is required at the time of sign up which must be made in advance. If you cannot attend your scheduled class, a Kit-to-Go will be waiting for you.
We reserve the right to cancel a class that does not meet minimum enrollment requirements. In the event of a cancellation, we will gladly re-schedule you for another class or refund your fee.
Students need to bring the following to Class: RULER, 12x12 paper trimmer, Small Sharp Scissors, Bone Folder,  3D Foam and/or ZOT Dots, Permanent Tape Runner and Liquid adhesive. *Teacher will have one of each of the following to share: Ranger Distress Stain -RIPE PERSIMMON,  and PEACOCK FEATHERS, Orange Stickles.

Hi Everyone,

Anna Zuniga here again this week.  :)  TGIF.  It has finally arrived.  I don't know about you, but I am sure glad this week is over.  It means that there is one more week until I go on vacation.  woo hoo.  :)

Today I am showing you another project from the "Pocket" card class.  I love this paper.  It is by My Minds Eye "On the Sunny Side" paper line.  You can find this at Scrap-a-Doodle Doo.  :)

Here is a Sneak Peek of the components for Scrap-a-Doodle Doo's MARCH Kit of the Month that I am in the process of designing and I am having a BLAST playing with!  You are GOING TO LOVE THIS KIT!!






The kit will RELEASE and be available to pick up on MARCH 15th - but it is SO FULL of GOODIES - I just can't wait and have to share it with you now!


This month we are mixing it up a little - and the kit will include a cool FLIP OPEN "Swinging Shutter" Page Protector,  as well as the HOT NEW "MISS CAROLINE" product line from My Mind's Eye!!


** REMEMBER - these Kits are LIMITED - so if you want yours - be sure to PLACE YOUR ORDER ASAP so it will be held/reserved for you!


This "Shabby Chic" collection will work great with any photos, and is one of the HOTTEST Lines and styles in the Industry - You won't want to miss it!


Your Kit of the Month will include:
My Mind's Eye "Miss Caroline" patterned papers, coordinating embellishments, a paper doily ( these are showing up everywhere these days!) Bazzill Cardstock, Maya Road Organza Rose Ribbon, a strand of Pearls (not shown in photo,) Hemp twine,  along with 4 Tim Holtz "Alterations~ Hardware Findings"  chipboard embellishments, and a Ranger Pearl Paint Dauber too!! OH MY -what goodies we have picked out for you!!


We will also include COLOR photos and complete instructions to easily recreate this beautiful and unique  "Flippin'" Layout  Project when you get it home. 


Shhhh.... I'll let you in on a little secret.....   --- Not only can you add photos on the front and back of the 2 flaps, as well as on front of the center full sheet (totaling 3 pages) - you will have enough paper left over to even add some photos and complete the BACK of the center page on your own too if you would like (making it a total of 4 pages!!  FUN!  FUN! FUN!!
