to create a beautiful 5 1/5" x 6 1/2" ~ 12 Page total, VINTAGE MINI CHIPBOARD Album.


*** This mini album kit was such a hit at the CKC Valley Forge Event, we decided to "kick it up a notch" and add some distressed chipboard elements, and a TIM HOLTZ "Tattered Florals" vintage flower too ~ and offer it as a CLASS at Scrap-a-Doodle Doo! ***

RELEASE OF THE KIT OF THE MONTH at Scrap-a-Doodle Doo



The middle of each month signals the release of Scrap-a-Doodle Doo's KIT OF THE MONTH that I am happy to say I have designed for the month of August!!!

This month features papers and embellishments from Simple Stories' Life Documented Collection. (LUV the COLORS and patterns in this collection!!) The kit consists of all of the materials to complete four pages (two 2-page layouts), as well as color pictures and directions.

I am so happy with how this month's Kit of the Month turned out!! SAMPLE IS IN THE STORE NOW!

The papers and colors are soo cool - the THEME can be used for everyday photos, or to scrap photos of special memories! The 2 (2) page layouts include 3 TECHNIQUES with instructions too! - There is a LARGE chipboard shape, that you will cover with patterned paper, which will give a raised element to your page. Each page has a PINWHEEL ( pattern & instructions included!) and I also include instructions on how to "paper pleat!" You are going to LOVE this technique too!

Hello there Doodle Bugs!! With all the Back to School action, various holidays, and fall preparations, it has been hard to juggle all the good things going on!! So here's a quick run down of what's going on with Scrap A Doodle Doo this month!

October 1st-October 3rd: Get Ready for the Wild Wild West!

October 8th: Halloween Card Making Class with Anna!

October 10th: Stamp Camp with Jan!

October 14th: Little Monsters Two Page Layout Class

October 15th: Check out Anna Zuniga's Tim Holtz Inspired Framed Collage Class

October 16th: Come get your Crop on... No Frills Added!

There's lots more going on later on in the month so check back at the store to see the full calendar or better yet, drop by to try out these spooktacular events in person!

Some store news:

• Our Stamping Corner will be expanding to include many new companies you don't see at the other retailers.
• April's monthly kit is done and it looks beautiful. It will be available tomorrow, April 15th.
• April's calendar is ready. Some exciting new classes.
• April's Game Themed weekend getaway is almost full.
